Alla luce del nuovo Regolamento Europeo sulla Protezione dei Dati Personali (c.d. “GDPR” General Data Protection Regulation) abbiamo aggiornato la nostra Informativa Privacy in base al D.lgs. 196/2003 “Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali” che prevede la tutela delle persone e di altri soggetti rispetto al trattamento dei dati personali. Marika srl Albergo La Luna  informa che tale trattamento sarà improntato ai principi di correttezza, liceità e trasparenza e tutelando la Sua riservatezza e i Suoi diritti. I DATI DA LEI FORNITI, saranno trattati (esclusivamente in presenza del Suo preliminare, libero ed espresso consenso) per dare esecuzione ad un contratto o per finalità istituzionali connesse al Servizio che Albergo La Luna offre sul presente sito, e più in particolare: 1. per dare esecuzione al Servizio, 2. per esigenze di tipo operativo e gestionale interne ed inerenti al Servizio. Tratteremo i Suoi Dati personali sulla base degli obblighi di sicurezza relativi altrattamento dei dati ai sensi dell’art. 32 GDPR. I dati non saranno comunicati ad altri soggetti. Diritto di accesso (art. 15 GDPR): potrà richiedere in qualsiasi momento che Le siano fornite informazioni sui Suoi Dati da noi conservati. Potrà ricevere una copia gratuita dei Suoi Dati che costituiscono oggetto del contratto.
Diritto di rettifica (art. 16 GDPR): potrà richiedere una rettifica dei Suoi Dati.
Diritto di cancellazione (art. 17 GDPR): potrà richiedere la cancellazione dei Suoi Dati, Il titolare del trattamento è Marika srl Albergo La Luna, nella persona del Rappresentante Legale Erico Spocchi. I dati saranno trattati da parte di dipendenti e/o professionisti incaricati, i quali svolgono le loro attività sotto la diretta supervisione e responsabilità. Al titolare del trattamento Lei potrà rivolgersi per far valere i Suoi diritti.
